Can My Product Be Serviced?

*There are certain conditions the product must meet first before it can be eligible for servicing.


Eligible for servicing:

  • A product under the PowerPac brand
  • A Bear product bought under PowerPac
  • Bought less than 2 years ago
  • Registered for e-warranty


NOT eligible:


  • Not a product of the PowerPac brand
  • A Bear product bought elsewhere, not from PowerPac
  • Bought more than 2 years ago
  • Not registered for e-warranty


Almost all our products comes with 2 years local warranty. As long as the product is under warranty, you can bring it with its receipt or proof of warranty submission to our Service Centre and our technician/s will conduct the necessary inspection and repairs as needed. We will endeavour to repair the product on-the-spot so that you would not need to make a second trip to collect your product.

However, it may be necessary to collect your product on another day if the repair is complicated or extensive. As such, please do come early.

Operating hours (closed on Sunday and public holiday):

Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5.00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm
