Wine Chiller - Why Are The Buttons Not Responding?

The function buttons are auto-locked to prevent children from tampering. To unlock, press both the up and down arrow button and hold it for at least 5 seconds. There should be a soft 'beep' sound indicating that the functions have been unlocked.
