Why My Parcel Not Delivered Yet?
There may be a few reasons:

| The delivery man placed the parcel in your riser compartment | Check your riser |
| Someone else living with you collected the parcel on your behalf in your absence without informing you | Ask if they've took your parcel |
| Delivery failed due to surplus orders/unclear shipping address/bad weather | The courier company will attempt at re-delivery twice more/update the courier in regards to your address |
| You chose 'Seller Store Pick Up' (aka self-collection) upon checkout | Come down to our service center to collect because there will be no delivery |
| You've bought a Climate Voucher required item but have yet to liaise with our customer service personnel | Reply yes or no to our customer service personnel asking if you have Climate Voucher or not accordingly, and if you don't have Climate Voucher, cancel your order |
