Blender - Why Is My Blender Not Working?

Most, if not all, of our blenders comes with a safety lock mechanism. If the blender container is not fully locked, the blender will not work for safety reasons. Only when you hear a click sound when you lock the blender in place, then it will start to blend.

If you had locked it in place, but the blender still doesn't work, try unplugging it and changing to another socket. Sometimes if the socket is overloaded with other devices, it might not work.

If locking the blender and changing the socket both doesn't work, it is the issue of the blender motor. In that case, please let us know through our live chat on the respective platform you've bought the product from, and our CS will respond to your enquiry.
