How To Track Order

1.) Click on the 'Ask' tab

2.) Click on 'Email'

3.) Fill in your email address

4.) Fill out your enquiry in such a format: Track order <Input the webpage you purchased from><Input order ID>, <Input date of purchase>, <Input your enquiry>

5.) Click on 'Send a message'

Example 1

If you've purchased something from PowerPac's official website on 18 Jan 2023, and your order ID is #18222.

Key in your enquiry as shown below:

Track order PowerPac official website #18222, 18Jan2023, When can I receive the order?

Example 2

If you've purchased something from Lazada PowerPac flagship store on 18 Jan 2023, and your order ID is 94540886135408.

Key in your enquiry as shown below:

Track order PowerPac flagship store 94540886135408, 18Jan2023, can I request delivery date?
