Applicable to both online and offline purchases

All our products (except Mosquito Strike Lamps) come with 2 years local (Singapore) warranty.

In addition, the compressors of our refrigerators and freezers come with 10 years Local (Singapore) warranty.

The Mosquito Strike Lamps come with 1 year local (Singapore) warranty.

(Mosquito Strike Lamps warranty covers mechanical issues only. The UV Light Tubes needs to be replaced once every 2-4 months, depending on how frequently the appliance is used.)

Within the warranty period, if product have any issues, please bring it down to our service center at 5 Changi South Lane, #03-01, Singapore 486045.

We are open from Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm, and Sat: 9 am to 12 noon. We are closed on Public Holidays.
