All PowerPac products comes with 2 years local (Singapore) warranty. If you have already registered your warranty online, kindly let us have your warranty record. The warranty email contains the Proof and date of purchase. Please bring it with you when you come down to our service center for repair.


If you do not have the proof of purchase, we will charge you for the repair.
