Fridge & Freezer - How Come My Fridge/Freezer Is Not Cold After 3 Days?

1.     Check to see whether the Temperature Control is set to too high a value. The external environment may require a colder temperature setting.

2.     A large amount of food had been added into the appliance.

3.     The appliance’s Door was not closed properly or was opened too often.

4.     The appliance’s Door gasket does not seal properly. Send to the authorised repair centre.

5.     The appliance was not placed with clearances around it at 10 cm. There should be at least 10 cm of free space from the back, left & right sides and at least 30 cm from the top of the door to allow adequate air circulation to cool the compressor.
