How To Exchange An Item?

First, please kindly elaborate the issue of the product, supporting it with photo/video evidences.

If you purchased the product directly here (PowerPac website), you can exchange with us within 14 days from the date of receiving the item .

Please email us at sales@powerpac.com.sg or call our office at 6214 9555, quoting the order number of your online receipt.

Call our office to check for the availability of the product before heading down to our office/warehouse at 5 Changi South Lane, #03-01, Singapore 486045.

We are opened from Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm, and Sat: 9 am to 12 noon. We are closed on Public Holidays.
