Please factor in some time if you wish to collect the product on the same day. Although we endeavor to repair the product within the day, however, in certain circumstances, that may not be possible. Alternatively, you may leave the product with us and we will contact you when the product is ready for collection. As you will be issued a receipt, please bring the receipt when you collect the item. Thus, we do not advise sending the item for servicing via courier service unless the person undertakes to act on your behalf, and produce the receipt upon collection of the item.
