Received A Wrong/Different Product
Please take a photo of the waybill (the large white sticker) on the packaging box, and a photo of the product you've received as well. Then send it to us via ASK for review. We will reply you as soon as possible during our operating hours.
How To Send Via 'ASK'
1.) Click on the 'Ask' tab
2.) Click on 'Email'

3.) Fill in your email address
4.) Fill out your enquiry in such a format: I've purchased <Input product model and quantity> from <Input the webpage you purchased from> on <Input date of purchase>, but I received <Input product model and quantity> instead.
5.) Click on 'Send a message'

Example 1
If you've purchased 1 unit of MC40 from PowerPac's official website on 18 Jan 2023, and your order ID is #18222.
Key in your enquiry as shown below:
I've purchased MC40x1 from PowerPac's official website on 18 Jan 2023, but I received PPFS616x1 instead. My order ID is #18222.

If you've purchased 2 units of PPRC32 from Lazada PowerPac flagship store on 18 Jan 2023, and your order ID is 94540886135408.
Key in your enquiry as shown below:
I've purchased PPRC32x2 from Lazada PowerPac flagship store on 18 Jan 2023, but I received PPRC68x2 instead. My order ID is 94540886135408.
