How To Send Via 'ASK'
1.) Click on the 'Ask' tab
2.) Click on 'Email'

3.) Fill in your email address
4.) Fill out your enquiry in such a format: I've purchased <Input product model and quantity> from <Input the webpage you purchased from> on <Input date of purchase>. My order ID is <Input order ID>. <Input your enquiry>
5.) Click on 'Send a message'

If you've purchased 1 unit of MC40 from PowerPac's official website on 18 Jan 2023, and your order ID is #18222.
Key in your enquiry as shown below:
