Can You Deliver My Freezer To The Second Floor ?

Yes.

If you live in a high-rise apartment, the lift serves your floor and there are no additional stairs to climb up/down, your order will be delivered to your door as our company’s “free delivery policy” is FREE ONLY for the delivery or collection of goods when there are no additional stairs to climb up/down, regardless of collection, delivery or exchange. If there are stairs to climb up/down, please indicate as follows: Additional service request* (Cash upon delivery for additional service) 


The lift landing fee for the 1st to 2nd floor is $20, with additional $10 for each subsequent floors. Installation is optional, charge $20.

Disposal not available.
